Here at Los Osos Auto Body Shop we use the DuPont Refinishing system. We constantly upgrade our paint system technology and equipment to ensure that each vehicle's finish matches the manufacturers specifications.

We have two downdraft booths to service your paint needs. With downdraft technology and a fresh air system we can refinish your vehicles with a clean sanitary enviornment. One of our boots is oversized to accommodate the larger profile vehicles on the road today. Our paint boots are cleaned and sanitized daily and are kept in impeccable shape.

This is our paint mixing area. This is where we match your vehicles finish.  After selecting the correct color, we then prepare your vehicle for paint by sanding and applying primer and sealer

Our paint mixing room offers the latest in computerized paint matching technology. With the Dupont Choma-vision MA-90 paint camera, along with the Colornet YADA computer system our paint matching capabilites are endless.

After painting and applying clear coat, your vehicle is baked to give the paint durability and a high gloss that will last for the life of your vehicle. Your vehicle's paint is then inspected and buffed to meet our quality standard.

Our fully staffed detail department makes sure that all of our repaired vehicles leave clean and checked. With a 15 point lamp and fluid inspection, we see to it that our customers have a sense of ease when picking up their vehicle. We vacuum out the vehicles interior and clean the exterior. We also supply the customer with a touch up bottle of paint for small paint chips that my occur in the future.
